    Hi

I would just like to give a big thanks to Brian @JungleAquatics for assisting me in my fry loss problem.

I have been losing allot of fry and fish, and had no idea, after speaking to Brian @JungleAquatics, we put our heads together, and brought in some sample water of all my tanks. He checked all posssibileties, and in the end it was a KH problem, I have never really understood the whole KH thing, but thanks to Brian I now know, and are in the process of fixing the problem and saving my fry.

I have never even bothered checking as it was the last thing on my mind, and I have never experienced anything like this. I almost gave my hobby up, just because of someting so small...but thanks to Brian, I will be carrying on doing what im ratgher good @ :D

    This is what we done

We checked all ph of my tanks, then found that my 2 tanks where I keep my fry and other stock,.the ph had dropped below 4 and was way to acidic, this was due to the stock levels in the tank that dropped the ph. Problem was not exactly thst, but rather my kh that.is below 5, when kh is below 5 your ph becomes unstable and there is a chance of a ph crash as it is the kh that.holds the ph or keeps the ph stable. So it is importsnt to keep your kh between 5 and 10 for ph stability. So I upped my ph with Seachem Neutral regulator and upped my kh with seachem aquavitro kh. Now my kh will remain stable as I will traeat my water change container with this, and in return my fishies wont swim in acid water.
