6000L planted tank

    How's this baby

    with a 400 Gal sump.
    6ft Fliudized bed filter, large sump with float autorefill.
    4 micron pressure filters, 700 Gal RO tank, 480 W of UV, fully automated AC3 pro controller, CO2 meter, mass flow CO2 controllers, 2 x WMD Iwaki's 100, 2"x 2 PVC drain, tap + RO refill, 4000W of MH, use only 1-2 hours a day, rest are low light PC/T12's. 1000W Ti heaters etc.

    Thats a beautiful tank, even the scaping is amazing, I dont even want to think how much work went into setting that monster up!

    I have some more pictures of this setup, but the cabinets and stand look different to what was posted earlier. I wonder if this was redone more than once?
    Looks like ADA Aquasoil...imagine the cost of that in this tank! I know Tom complained on his forum about trouble he has in really large tank when using ADA Aquasoil.

    It really looks awesome... any one know how thick the glass is?
    and how many filters are running on that tank?

    Just by looking at these pics I get these warm jealous feelings growin inside me...one day I will be able to afford such a tank...probably not the water and electicity:push:

    That is my favorite tank in the world. Tom Barr certainly knows how to make a tank pretty. It's actually amazing how small those discus look in that tank.
