Hello. I am getting quotes for a tank build. 120 cm by 45cm by 45cm

I have the option of 10 mm glass and then 6 mm shatterproof glass. What are your opinions?

10mm and then you dont have to brace the tank

Was thinking that the 10 mm will be better, but the one place i got a quote from said they have used the 6 mm shatterproof for quite a few tanks

    10 mm normal, definitely.
Why would you want to use shatterproof?

I don't know if shatterproof glass would actually be more resistant to cracking from water pressure. I always thought that the benefit was only that it stays stuck together after breaking, not that it breaks less easily in the first place. I may be wrong, but I would go with the normal glass.
