500liter tank

Hi i have 500liter tank 1250x600x650 has a cracked bottom, has a sump filter with pump and stand has to go, take all for R1000 or make me a best offer, the floor of my place is probably giving in due to bad construction, so planning on moving and then buying another tank. Plz tank is spotless only bottom needs to be done.

 

Can you post a pic of the crack in the bottom please. What is the hight from base to the leather-grain i.e. what would the typical viewable water level be at.

Hi here is the pic as asked and the water level is 560

 

Actually a bit higher about by 3 to 6 mm... depending on the sump pump.

 

Thanks for the pic ... was / is the tank stand unsupported on the base or was the tank resting on a peace of wood / steel tubing? That is a serious crack .. think replacing the bottom is the only way to salvage. Am I correct in assuming the rest of the glass is 10 mm?

 

Its standing on 25mm polystyrene on the metal stand, have got a wooden table top for the frame as well if interested, you can take it as well. Yes the whole tank is 10mm glass.
