Is it only me or is our weather bonkers? I first noticed a few days ago that fish room warmed up quit a bit, then noticed my outside pond climbing to 22 degrees the other day, then the little vinkies turning yellow already, and now this...

Some birds even imigrated back from over seas.

Most of my flowering plants is flowering throughout the winter. I think I have almost 10 different types of flowers in my garden at the moment.

Then again, I'm not sure if they are supposed to flower in the winter or summer.

It's not just you - it's happening here in the KZN Midlands. Everything's growing or flowering earlier than usual. I've also noticed the frosty spells have become half of what we had last winter.

@Super Sywurm: The one on the left - the purple in the middle are purple daisies, right? Yeah they're spring / summer flowers. We also have some but they are yellow and already flowering again.

I think Winter has been cancelled. Revert and fast-forward to Spring and Summer. LOL

Not so amusing if cape-towns dams dry up we are in dire need of good rain.

They might be daisies, I'm no plant expert. I got them with the house. I get most of my plants from my dad, who is an expert on plants.

Most likely, my gran loved the different ones and always had the wild white ones growing every spring and summer.

Yeah those are the white wild ones I was referring to - we have them here and they are supposed to die down for the winter and come back in the Spring. But somehow, some are flowering already in the veld.

I was at the office today - picked kumquat fruit, and the magnolia trees had flowers with new buds emerging.

On our way home, i noticed the sun was stil up just before 6pm

two weeks ago we had avos on the trees.

In the Southern parts of Europe it's a problem.
