    Hi Arnold

If you're going the neon route, try to go for a more Amazonian-style tank. Not excessive planting, with submerged wood. The wood may leach some tannins into the water, which will stain the water yellow - this may sound unattractive but it can be really effective in creating a look for the tank. Furthermore, the neons' colours stand out much better in such water.

Bumblebee gobies are a different story. There are different kinds of bumblebee goby that are brought into pet stores from time to time, and not all of them are brackish, and worse still, not all are easily identified when they're still in the shop. As such a recommend a tank of very slightly brackish water (with a specific gravity of 1.002-1.003). This way, your gobies, no matter what the species, should be comfortable until you can determine the species and slowly adjust the tank accordingly if you so chose. Another nice thing about that specific gravity is that some aquarium plants can survive in such a low salinity environment - vallis being a prime example. I'm unsure if flame moss will do equally well however.

With the gobies, create as many caves and shelters as you can. This will allow several territories to be made, and so you can accomodate more pairs into your tank if you want. It is in these caves that eggs are laid.

    Regards

Looks like Echinodorus tenellus in front and Cabomba aquatica in the back.

@Arnold789 - as I explained, the water is that colour due to tannins in the water, a substance that is usually released by the wood into the water. There are other ways of doing this - decomposing leaves and even artificial blackwater conditioners can help to create this effect.

You could possibly use rooibos tea bags as a source of tannins as well
