    why don't you just pay for the courier or post office to bring it here it cost like R40 at the post office speed service....

    I stay in Alberton and have some 200watts not the best qaulity but if you want to pop in you can have one or two - maybe bring me something interesting if you have :bigsmile:

    If you don not manage to get one, Jager heaters can be found in most quality Aquarium stores, they cost a bit more, but are far superior.
    Often when you buy a cheap heater, they break fairly quickly, after a few thousand on/off cycles. This is due to the mechanism, it uses a pieces of metal that expands depending on its temperature, this closes or opens the circuit. Turning the heater on or off. And after a while this pieces breaks leaving your heater either on or off.
    On being the worst as it will boil your fishes.
    Your best, if you cant find one at an LFS would be Liaquat.
