Thanks very much Dewald. We have all started at pretty much the same time and I think we all deserve a round of applause. Our tanks are really starting to show what's possible in our hobby...

HennieRoux - Nice man. Hopefully that carpet closes up. Could maybe do with a little more height in the tank?

 

Still battling with algae on my glass, but no other algae, think I might be overdosing ferts slightly. Wish the moss can take off quicker. Need to clean the rocks as well. The tank is only about 3 months running.

 

@Hawk yes I have trimmed the HC very short so when I do my final trim it will be higher, but I might look @ adding some hills @ the top for some hight

 

There might be hope for my 135l then. That's if my ancistrus stops removing the moss from the wood!

 

Excess ferts dont cause algae, your lights might be to strong for your tank.(People are crazy because they always assume that algal blooms are triggered by nutrients, yet, nothing can be further that the truth. It's normally because the plants are starving due to not enough nutrition that the plants suffer and algae attack.) This is from

The HC should grow in withno problem, its growing @a raid pace and i`m trimming once a week to keep it spreading. Will work on that height this weekend. Thanks @Hawk

 

IMO:smile1: When taking your final entre pictures, lower your water level and take a picture from a low angle.
