    Hi All

So great news, me and the Mrs will be moving i the next 2 months and i have managed to get her to agree to me taking the 4ft with....

Here is my problem .... it took about a week of alot of negotiations but it worked finally, the problem is that i don't really want to cycle the tank again as i now have to get rid of the 3ft so i cant store my fish in there till the tank as its self sorted out,

so my question is this where can i get a few 100L or 200L "seal-able"* spelling* plastic drums from that aren't going to cost an arm and a leg

    any help would be great

    Hi there
I'd go to Westpack at Lifestyle Garden Centre. They have big white ones that are quite cheap. I bought some recently and the biggest I have are about 20-25 litres. They'll be easier to manage at that size since 1l of wager = 1kg. They do have bigger ones. I always find a ton of stuff I never knew i needed there!
Just don't be tempted to pop into the pet shop next door... I always do and end up lighter in the pocket for it and then have to sneak fish/rocks/wood/another tank into the house and 'pretend' its always been there.

Ha Ha @Bettafan, I thaught I was the only one who did that lol ..laughed so lekker now!
@Quue As Bettafan says, rather get some 25 liter cans, easy to handle and always handy to have.

Confused, why do you need such big drums? Are you planning to take all the water with? Surely you only need to keep the filter wet and running? (Removing the fish and hard-scape for the move?)
