MD fish tanks is calling for people to submit their tanks so that he can make a crit video “how i would improve your tank”. Might be useful feedback from MD.
There is a reddit link for submissions. Saw it last night on my YouTube feed, wasn’t able to copy and paste it here it and now can’t find it again...

About a month ago Pecktec started doing something similar and I’ve submitted the jungle tank but nothing yet.

A while ago i asked about an epiphyte only aquascape. I've found a few, but they were usually too minimally planted for my taste.

This is more like what i was thinking, except for the stems in the back right corner:

Green Aqua is now also climbing on the band wagon of reviewing viewers’ tanks - see end of vid. But oh my goodness their standards are high and they don’t believe in low tech so not even going there!

Beautiful low maintenance scape from Fillipe Oliviera. He also took the time to explain his design choices and techniques, which makes it very informative eg for folks starting out.

Not especially interesting as far as his videos go, but a very neat trick at 13:13 (new to me at least)!

As much as I am interested in aquascaping I just don’t see the point in a 3m planted tank with just amanos, nerites and ramshorns

It’s beautiful but what’s the point? I don’t know. Add like 300 rummy noses or something. Khuli loaches. The options are plentiful. Angels. Something. Lots of fish that would be happy as chips in there

Even a huge school of neons would look amazing in a tank like that
