Cool, that's 2.5% levamisole if I remember right. Dosage needs to factor that in.

Any idea on dosage for food how many mills must I add to hikari pellets, or can I do some babymarrow add the Tramisol to the food and freeze it or can it just soak in the food. I did confirm it is 2.5% levamisole. Please advise.. Thanks.

Be very careful when using pigeon medicine in your tank
A few years ago I did, and it led to an absolute disaster.
Some bird medicines contain sugar to make it more palatable.

Suger + warm temps = huge bacterial blume + depleted oxygen = dead fish.

If its a general preventative, just soak the usual amount of food you feed in the stuff, maybe over 3 days given its such a low amount of levamisole.
If you have say a confirmed callamanus worm infection then you can use this link as a guide: http://subquaria.com/Levamisole-HCl-Powder

That is for 99% pure levamisole, so for your own dose of 2.5% you'd need a lot more. So, 99 / 2,5 (x the dose for your tank volume). Make sure you work out the actual volume of water minus rocks and other displacing items.

Thanks, its not pleasant stuff I know, but I treated my tank and all fish came through it ok, including rams which are pretty sensitive.
The dose just needs to be correct. A safer route perhaps is the Nemarid way, with smaller, incremental dosing over a few days.

When treating for callamanus worms, I froze the mix with bloodworm before feeding a few hours later.

Yes, treating food and water is different.
    My fish weren't eating.
