I bought myself 24 Aulonocara Stuartgranti Ngara's in September last year. They were about 8mm big when I got them. The biggest ones are about 7cm's long at this stage. Colors must still come through a lot more. The surprising thing is that not a single fish has died since I got them. There are three of them that are definite males, the really blue ones, the rest I'm not sure about yet, but I'm not really hoping for more males. I want to breed them once they are ready, but first they have to grow a bit more and I will be getting them a bigger tank soon. Hope you like the pics.

    Very nice.

Malawis tend to be quite hardy.

    Nice fish!

Can currently got hold of F1 Blue Neon and Mamelela Lemon Jake at very decent sizes (5-7cm) if you are or know anybody who is interested?
Congrats on the survival rate and just being willing to grow your fish from fry size, 8mm must have been just about straight out of the mothers mouth and challenging to keep 100% survival.

You've got a nice group going there at 24 strong, should be some breeding around the corner.
What size tank have you got them in?

    Cheers,
    Jack

Thanks guys! @Jack Stone - They are in a 125l tank now, will be getting one that is a bit more than double that size soon, about 270l. And yes I am very happy with the survival rate. I think they were about a week old when I got them.

    Regards
    Wian

    Cool @<<Nemo>>

Definitely going to need a bigger tank soon, will help them stretch their legs a bit and establish some territory.
Obviously need to start getting rid of extra males as they appear, the extra tank space should buy you a bit more time there as well.

Cool man! Best of luck with them in the next few months.
Hope to see some juveniles available soon!

@Jack Stone - Thank you very much, I will be ordering the new tank in the next 2-3 weeks..and then they can hopefully give me many fry in near future.
