    Quick update...sorry for bad pic

    FTS 17 March 2013.jpg
Leaving my plants to grow before another trim, still looking for some 'bushy' plants to fill the middle and replace the big sword on the left hand side. And still have to sink the rocks on the right into the substrate.

My apple snail has laid eggs, so will wait for the outcome of that.

    Current stock is...
    3 Guppies
    6 Neon Tetra
    3 Black Tetra
    5 Peppered Corys
    6 Otos
    2 Pearl Gouramis
    2 Apple Snails

    Thanks all.

    Quick update...

    IMG-20130505-WA0000.jpg

Since this pic, I have since taken the sword plant out, and waiting for the new shoots to grow. We have been having so many power failures to, which is really annoying!

This is the latest pic. I did quite a major trim last night. Just looking for a filler plant for the left...any suggestions (that would be easy to find)

    Thanks

Maybe some willow leaf hygro. Easy to find and grow. I have lots and it grows rather quickly. Tank is looking really nice by the way!

Ok another update, tank been running now for around 11 months...

    2013-10-10 17.54.09.jpg

My grass has really started to spread, although really slow. Stopped co2 around 4 months ago, and still the plants are growing like wildfire. Hopefully will go plant shopping again soon...

How about a HC, HM glosso carpet? Not as slow growing as the grass.

Looking good though. Where the fish?

Haha, the neons you can see as a blur, the catfish are the same colour as the substrate and my pearl gouramis hide at the back...

Will look into the other grasses, thanks :)

Looking good. Those swords are going to get huge and will need to be moved to the back.
