Cool dude lets hope I can get my DIY setup done next weekend.
My hygrophilla is growing stukkend at the moment, it has grown from 30cm on the 17 April to 75cm. I know they are fast growers but damn I am chuffed with my priced Polysperma:laugh:

@hviviers75 - Nice dude. But you need to cut some of your tall stems and replant them. I noticed a few of your lower leaves are taking a bit of strain. This is probably due to the plants concentrating all their energy on getting to the lights and maybe the light being blocked. Trimming will help your plants.

Ha ha ha...I just realised the above comment is from me, the Jungle King

I will trim my priced polysperma tonight and will replant, I have noticed that when I do trim the plants they grow quicker. Thanks for the tip but I have noticed that already

Will then monitor them and see how long it takes to reach the surface again  I will then trim it again and replant.

They are one of my favorite plants.

    Thanks MR Jungle King :top:

No...my tank is/was overstocked and I think their waste was helping a lot. I have inert substrate and have not put any root tabs in and still my heavy root feeders are healthy so I account it to the fish waste but I could be wrong and I just have green fingers :amuse:

Agreed. i quite like "The Jungle King". If it wasn't for the huge mission to change your username I would do it.

Thanks very much for all the comments guys. Amazing that they grow without co2...

@FishLover - This was my cuttings tank from my 300l but now houses a pair of breeding angels and my 60l has become my cuttings tank.

Lyk mooi! What moss is growing on the right hand side? Oh, and the angel pair is also quite impressive, are they store bought?
