I was unsure if I should post in pics, or here, or split it, but I am being lazy, so all in here. I apologise ahead of time, some of the pics are dodgy, not a great camera, and a downright horrid photographer I admit. The fish in question are labelled as "tongue fish" looks like some kind of freshwater sole, "puppers" pigmy puffers, "Galex" galaxy botia?, "hump head" - no clue, and "spotted gourami" - I am guessing is Ctenopoma acutirostre, not sure though, and the bad pics wont help, so on to the pics.

Awesome find on the un-injected glass fish. Those are a sole, can't remember which ones though. And as Vez says, the puffers are really cheap but could use some food.

Those spotted gourami are crazy little fish and boy do they grow quick. I had a pair of them about 9 months back and my neons kept disappearing as neons usually do until one morning I switched on the light and found each Gourami with a wriggling neon in its mouth, needless to say they went back to Sam's that same day.
Good for a commune tank hay! kiss my "filter out let".

Those "spotted gouramis" look like Bush Fish - Ctenopoma. Highly predatory as has been mentioned above.

The glassfish look like Indian Humphead Glassfish - I have seen some really big ones.

The "tonguefish" looks like some sort of sole. I was going to get one, but I think that most species are better suited to brackish conditions. Also, they need fine sand to bury themselves in.

Never seen the humphead glassies in SA before, well, at least among the Durban shops. Nice finds there.

The 'tonguefish' is a form of sole, from the family Cynoglossidae, AKA the tongue soles. Be careful with those - ID'ing them accurately to determine what kind of water to put them in is a headache and a half.

@azurekoi can we get an ID on that stunning loach there?

That is the lfs from which I purchase most of my fish and yes, the owner likes importing fish that you don't see that often, his strategy on getting clients to come to his shop. The owner is always friendly, listen to what you're saying, prices are good and offers help if he can. Spelling, lol, not of the best but who said you must be able to spell in order to make some money, lol!!! His fish are healthy as well
