    Thank you, it is very nice to hear that. And it's good. I would love to visit their shop one day.
    I will still order through them.

    And now that I understand the situation better, it does make sense. I think sometimes communication gets lost through the wires.

    Glad you could take this matter up, and also be so understanding
    On the great work they do for the hobbie.
    I am also glad that this could of been solved.
    If you do require help on something your looking for.
    From any shops in gauging and shops that iv been to or you know
    Of, you can give me a shout. I'll get it and post it, by Air.
    Tho I don't accept doa but I will make sure the fish is safe to post.
    I travel to one jhb lfs once a week so I do pass
    The airport fairly often.
    Want me to drop the Otto off at the airport for you?
    Won't cost you any extra, but of cos when I'm in the area.

    Thanks @BBQ our explanation is spot on.

    @Pauline - it is not that we do not want to send you the otto's! you are the pivotal point for the rest of the order and if they were healthy I would have send them but from the day they landed we battled with them, they looked Ok only to start with new problems the next day.
    I could have been unscrupulous, got my money from you and send them. But the chances that you would have lost them (with 20/02 hind-site) was 100%

    You can rather be angry because I refuse to take your money than been angry because I send you stock I knew was sick.

    AND

    Yes I do answer short & sweet and that could make it seem like I am not interested or rude. Well the main reason is because I do not get all my work done during normal hours and it is frustrating to work at home when my wife or children want to talk and I am busy. But ask Pet Stop customers I do try to be there for you guys as much as I can. PLUS you can not start to imagine how much time is spent to source the nice species and specials for you guys.

    Thanks @Moolis - I understand. And I appreciate it very much. I wish more lfs's would be like you. This is great service. Don't you want to open up a branch in PE please ?? we are close to the sea, and you'll love it here

    On my next business trip to Jhb, I will definitely make a stop to come visit the shop. Dying to see it.

    @BBQ , thank you very much again for the kind offer, but I think it would be better to receive a small school of the oto's than to have just one. Especially if that 1 is a bit tender, he might not travel well. From all I've read, these fish are so sensitive to travel and transporting.

    So guys, huge appreciation. Thank you.

    Yes you quite right on the tenderness part on these okeis,
    I'll pick him soon after him/her absorb the meds and be a
    Good little cleaner in my tank. Ofcos I did ask for more but
    His just gota be a lonely sole for a while.
