Maybe setup a garage rack, second hand, triple tiered stand.
With old, nice , cheap(!) tanks
something for 45-60cm tanks.
Keep running, well-insulated...use low electricity airpowered filtration.

then keep each batch of fish you like...separately!
for 2-3 weeks until they QUALIFY for the Main Arena, ie YOUR DISPLAY TANKS.
