It is very difficult to recommend other fish that occupy the top half of the tank due to the fish that you want to keep and as has been mentioned above, the size of the tank
All the fish you have chosen grow to over 30cm.. any smaller fish could possibly become food ...
The tank size, is actually not even enough as a grow out tank for the fish you want not only due to their sizes but also because the volume of water and waste produced by those fish will make it extremely difficult to keep your water parameters right
At the best of times those fish will need excellent filtration even in a bigger tank

As @Reedfish suggested, rather get some fish that are suitable for your setup for now and once you have a bigger tank then you can get all your dream fish

    Ok thanks for the advice
I am buying a new external canister filter for my tank to keep up with the new fish... If I seed it with my old one how long would it take before I can add the new fish?

What's in the tank already? And what filter do you have running now?
