How nutritional are Tubifex worms vs bloodworms or any other fish food? Or are they the same thing?

Hi Lance - Beware of live tubifex, most come from sewerage outfalls and contain more harmful parasites and bacteria then Delmas drinking water :)

How bout the freeze dried ones? Okay? And are they in any way better than any of the other food?

I use Hikari Tubifex worms. They are pretty good. Freeze Dried. Use a little drop or 2 of garlicGuard on them and it helps keep the fish healthy too.

Freeze dried is good - I prefer a mix - one day bloodworms, two days flake, one day tubifex, two days flake, one day dapnia
