Hello,

Thought Id upload some pics of my little stunners. They are interesting fish with stunning breeding "rituals". When the males fight they look amazing. I am collecting peat weekly from my 3 males and 10 females.

What stunning little fish! I have never seen them at any of my lfs's. Where did you get them from? Are they part of the Killi family?

Are you breeding and selling? Give a little more info on these guys I would love to lay my hands on some...:smile1:

Tyrone Genade sent me eggs a while back. They are South American Killifish and are vunerable. I dont know many people in South Africa who breed them but they are profolic breeders.

I have a spare bag of peat with eggs that are ready to hatch. I dont have the space to raise any more fry at the moment so anyone can have them, can be posted to anywhere in SA for R30 (covers my costs, actual eggs are a give away). When the eggs of this specie are ready to hatch they go black which makes them impossible to count in the peat, so I have no idea of how many will hatch from the peat. Dont send me your address on impulse, preferbly someone who has had killi's before or has done research on them. Im not entirely sure but I believe these are extinct in the wild.
