Medication for fish

I would like to know even if the fish is not sick do I have to medicate my tanks?

No don't medicate your tank UNLESS there is a reason to do so.

No problem stripes. Fish that are exposed to medication often, at the incorrect dosages, or for no reason, are actually worse off than if you had just left them. It can be very harmful to your little fishies :) Rather only reserve it's use for when needed. :)
