250L - What to do add, how to expand.

Got a 250l tank, which I am busy stocking. It has 2 reedfish at the moment.

Here is the short list of additions

Filtratrion
It has a Regent 1500L P/Hour internal filter.
This is a little strong for the Reedfish at the moment.
How do I break up the stream (Difuse it) without lowering the cycle.


What Plants Can I put in?

Lookng for some good long background plants.
Some low bush growing plants (Ludwigia size)
Some mini swords (Grass) maybe.
Have some riverstones, and a piece of driftwood.
The substrate is approx 1-2mm. Its Pool sand.

Also where can I get some of these plants?

for the diffusing you can use a spray bar that sit under the water blowing horizontally across the surface of the water.

i would say that, that tank is too small for that amount of fish.

It is tighlty stocked, and the top rainbows are not final.
Did check though.
