I am trying to get more HalfMoons here but a few specific colour variations.

I will begin breeding again maybe in a few weeks time

@risen - Sure thing, I will get you one, the boyz I have remaining are my breeding stock and I can't unfortunately part with them. Not to worry, I will go to my ppl and find you an awesome male...this one will be on me mate, so no worries about $$$ :). I owe you for the plant anyways ;)

@slummies - I can get you one as well. I am sending about 10 betta females to Cradock on 02 October for a fellow Betta enthusiast as he would also like to begin breeding but can't find females there. I think my courier (colleague) will have to pass through East London to get to Cradock (sorry if I'm wrong here, but my geographical knowledge sucks a bit :P). If so, I can go source a good male or two for you guys on Monday/Tuesday. Don't think I'll be able to find other than CrownTail or Veiltail Bettas for you in such short notice, but I'll find a decent crowntail for you guys. If by some miracle I find a rare tail type (HalfMoon, DeltaTail, etc), will you be willing to spend the cash on it? If not, I'll buy it for myself :) lol. Unfortunately, my current stock isn't up for grabs as these boys are my breeders (Halfmoons, DeltaTails & Crowntail). I actually want to get a normal VeilTail for one of my main tanks as it is shorting a betta in there :) Let me know what you guys decide

Gorgeous Dale! Thanks :bigsmile: If you ever sell any let me know! Would love to get a younger baby than what we get in the shops. Plus your guys are so gorgeous that I am sure nobody beats that!!

Done deal.

Busy setting up spawning tank now...had a semi-successful spawn last week; realized my male is blind in his right eye, hence he embraced the female incorrectly and didn't see most of the eggs/fry that were falling to the bottom (bloody plank!). I tossed the spawn and starting with another male. Will keep all posted
