View Full Version : Making a Tank Partition
Hi Guys,
In my one tank I have loads of live breeders and my babies always seem to become food rather than tank mates. So I'm wondering if anyone has some great ideas on haw to make a removable partition for the babies?
Please help
im typing this from my phone so excuse any errors.
Why not just catch them? Sounds hectic, and yes it is but atleast the babies will survive. If you decide to leave them, add as much elodia as possible. It provides shelter, and you'll know where to look for the babies
Ditto.....guppy grass, moss, limnophillas are the best for livebearer fry to hide in

my angels will bash into any plant to find the babies and get stuck in the process. ive got an old 15L tank witch i use with a 50w heater and small sponge filter with some plants and gravel. catch them early in the morning and relocate. on the my first batch that i relocated, none has died. and about 2weeks ago i added another 30 and they are all stil there, not that easy to count them in a tank they move around alot
