hey all oky so im going to be making a Diy co2 yeast system van some one help me out with the recipe please

I got this one from Slojo

"1,2 litre water
one cup sugar
one packet dry yeast
one teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

use a 2 litre bottle
Should last between one to two weeks
"

and it works 100%
