Malawi/Cichlid?

Hi there!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with an ID on this fish. Im pretty sure its a type of Cichlid, just not sure which breed, etc.
Need to know what temp the water should be, ph, food etc...
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Looks like a Vieja zonata...the Oaxaca cichlid(although the black bar is a bit short) - grows to 30cm+ and gets,how shall i put it? AGRESSIVE!! Best kept in a large fish community in a 400 liter + tank...
