My wifes Nano

Hi all

Sold a lot of fish but there was some nano fish my wife wanted too keep so I told her that I would get her a tank and she would have to take care of it.
Setup the tank a little while back and here is a few pics.

Tank Boyu Refinement aquarium.

Light upgraded to 14W Cfl Daylight
Filter HOB
Substrate Flourite

Not sure of everything in there yet and the background a little dark to my liking.
Kind of based on my Past the Old tree theme.

Setup the tank and put a piece of driftwood together.

Nice looking nano.. Do you know the names of the small plants in the front? (The green one =P) And also the bushy one at the back.. I like the driftwood!!

i stand to be corrected but the small plants in front looks like some kind of anubias?

Really gorgeous tank setup! If I ever get 'too busy' for my 4ft tank, I will definitely downgrade to a nano - love it!

Skaapietjie, Henk Hugo is usually pretty good at plant ID's.

looks great! that piece of wood is awesome. what fish do you have in there?

I love the cube shaped nanos. are these Boyu tanks readily available? if you dont mind me asking, +- what do they retail for? I think it would look super awesome with an iwagumi style 'mountain' rock and some white cloud mountain minnows.

Hi Anine

There's a single endler female,dario dario and goby in the tank.
I paid R320 but think they retail at about R480 to R550.

I really need to change the background to a lighter blue. The black take
hides a lot of the features especially that of the wood.

Took me some time to get the right pieces and all of them together :)
