Big yellow spots on bristle nose cathfish

My catfish was in a 60 cm tank.
Because she was with a big male(some times he chased her) I removed her7807 to the gouramis 45 cm tank.
I did put in a piece of bog wood in the tank.
She seem to get bigger but the spots is still there.
Is this normal or is this a kind of disease?
The male in the 60 cm tank don`t have the big spots.
Its is about the size of a pea. and grey

It's normal there is a thread some where here that they have discussed it and from the pic that seems to be a male does it have brisstle's on the nose if so it's a yes
