How about taking them to your LFS and seeing whether they will swop them out for fish you want OR posting a trade online for fish you want?

Blood parrot should be sent back to the manufacturer :>
- the others take back to the LFS and swop them out ..

sometimes they inject fish with dye, ie; parrots with flowers or heart tatoos on them or glass fish with pink, green, yellow spines... all very cruel! if ppl want lumo fish why not get those genetiaclly modified danios

THIS IS TAKEN FROM WIKIPEDIA.
The Blood parrot (also known as bloody parrot and blood parrotfish; no binomial nomenclature (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binomial_nomenclature)) is a hybrid (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hybrid_(biology)) cichlid (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cichlid). The fish was first created in Taiwan (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taiwan) in around 1986.[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_parrot_cichlid#cite_note-aquafriend-0) Its parentage is unknown, but the most commonly speculated pairings are midas cichlid (Amphilophus citrinellus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amphilophus_citrinellus)) with the redhead cichlid (Cichlasoma synspilum (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cichlasoma_synspilum)), or the severum (Heros severus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heros_severus)) with the red devil cichlid (Amphilophus labiatus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amphilophus_labiatus)).[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_parrot_cichlid#cite_note-tims-1) Blood parrots should not be confused with other parrot cichlids (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parrot_cichlid) or salt water Parrotfish (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parrotfish) (family: Scaridae).[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_parrot_cichlid#cite_note-about-2)
Because this hybrid cichlid has various anatomical (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anatomy) deformities (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deformity), controversy exists over the ethics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethics) of creating the Blood Parrot. One of the most obvious, and also deadly, deformities is its mouth, which only has very narrow vertical opening. This makes blood parrot very hard to feed. Many die eventually because of this. Cichlid enthusiasts have called for their removal from the market (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Market) and organized boycotts (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boycott) against pet stores (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pet_store) that sell them
