okay so this is the first time any of my fish have had lil ones so am over the moon. One of my malawi's looked like she was carrying eggs in her mouth..so i moved her to her own tank and she held the eggs in her mouth for about a month. I gave up hope and was going to put her back in the main tank when all of a sudden all these little fry appeared-theyre about 5mm long but already look so grown up and they are even territorial already, having little disputes amongst each other. lol

I tried counting them, and I think I have about 15 babies..what is a normal ammount of babies for a malawi to hatch?
