Plant BL question?

For fear of possible banning, can someone please tell me if the Madagascar Lace Plant is on the list, before I ask any questions!

i dont think so, as my books says, the name is : aponogeton madagascariensis, and i dont see that name on the BL list

Remembered something about the lace plant way back .. If you look at http://www.tropicalaquarium.co.za/archive/index.php/t-1100.html at 26-07-2009, 07:07 seems like it is not on the BL but on the CITES list for trade.

Not sure if the status or opinion has changed.

You need to findout if it is still on CITIES or not. If it is all you need to do is get a CITIES permit for it.

i was on the site www.cites.org (http://www.cites.org) and i did a search, and i dont see this plant on the database, tried to phone our SA number in the Cape, but no answer.......
