Sounds like worms, I had the same issue with Camallanus. The Rummy's were extremely bloated

I've actually has ZERO successs with Rummy Nose over the past year. I've probably purchased in excess of 30 of the guys, and they have all died on me. From a breeder I spoke to a while ago he reckons it's the same problem with Neons at the moment, just very poor quality fish on the market due to excessive inbreeding, and poor gene selection.

I don't see any problems with your filtration and maintenance.

It could also be the bloodworms. (What brand are you feeding?)

Rummy noses require a lower PH(6.5). Dont think it is your problem...just saying.

They could be constipated because of the bloodworm maybe its too rich for them, my Oscar sometimes becomes constipated and his belly swells up a bit I feed him some greens or dont feed him for a couple of days and it fixes him right up.
