Finally got my hands on some

Well, just 2 Archers, but at least the tank has some more fish in it.

I don't think I should really get to boast about these, because this is really my dad's tank with his fish, but whatever. :p

Once they've settled in more I'll try to get some better shots.

Get a shot of them spitting at something, that would be cool.

This guy looks a bit thin? Par for the course realy when they end up in a LFS - sure he will get fattened up though...lol!

They seem to be getting used to me, so once I get feeding them, I'll try to get a shot of them shooting :)

At the moment they're eating pellets (they were eating these at the shop), but I'll soon be introducing prawn and fish meat into their diet. Next weekend I'll try to buy some crickets and silkworms to treat them, as well as to set them up for an archery session :p

They both are a little thin, but I'll be correcting that soon enough :)

They are brackish yes.

Oops, forgot to answer that. Thanks Go-Big. At the moment they're in water with an SG of 1.003. It's not strongly brackish at the moment, but I made it this way to make it easier to acclimatize the archers from the fresh water at the pet store to the mildly brackish conditions at home. :)

Been moving the salinity up slowly, it's about 1.005 and the archers are getting much bigger, almost 10cm now. They're hungry buggers but I've had no luck getting a shooting shot.

And another shot showing the 'out-of-water' area, proudly claimed by a bulky mudskipper

Have you seen them shoot atleast? Getting that pic would make you the next photo compitition winner!

Oh, you have no idea how much this little guys shoot! Anything out of the water that catches their eye gets a good squirt!

Putting crickets on that log provides a good few minutes of entertainment - the archers circle the log and take thier shots while the mudskipper does some acrobatics to catch the crickets! I must definitely get a video for you guys! :blink1:
