Hi from Cape Town

Hi

My name is Dale and I'm based in Cape Town. Been into fish keeping for about 10 months now and still learning as I go along. The fish I focus on is Betta Splendens and had a few successful spawns under my belt already. Other than the normal VeilTail & CrownTail Bettas we get here, I managed to get someone to import HalfMoons and DeltaTails (my avatar is my one DT I have) for me. I have given breeding a rest at the moment as my primary interest has shifted from fish to aquatic plants :p Setups I have are as follows:

2 X 1.2m (std)
3 X 1foot
4 X 2foot

As mentioned, I am mostly into planted tanks now as I find it more interesting than fish.

wow! you really have expanded your tanks since we last spoke! i have 6x1.2s at the moment but only one is setup.

Please post some photos in the tanks section... i cant wait to see :D

I actually down scaled a bit cos I had one or two more tanks standing in places in my apartment where it really shouldn't :)

I'll be posting some pics tonight when I get home

Shot, i might be getting two more 2foot tanks...will bear your offer in mind if I do. At the moment, I think I might only have space for one small 1foot tank

cool cool - i got 4 or 5 2ft and 1.5ft tanks in the fishroom thats not even setup... let me know :D
