Angel average age

Does anyone know what the average age of an Angel?

Species Type: South American Cichlids
Life Span: 12 years



No clue on average age - considering how many LFS trade in replacement fish would probably be very low.

little off topic - but I saw loads and loads of SILVER Angels in the LPS yesterday
- guy said they were from a local breeder....
- anybody on this forum?

Great looking fish - especially when you see them like 50 of the in a tank!

i had my juveniles for over 5 yrs b4 i gave them away..grew from a body size of a R5 coin to just a bit smaller than a marie biscuit size..
