What do they eat except snails? mine did well for a month or 2 and then just died??? no sudden diffrence in water parameters.
I want to get again but dont want that to happen again?

You need to ensure good supply, source stock.
How well did the suppliers OTHER fish do at their final homes or at LFS?

Were they SAP or another type?

See? It's not so simple not knowing anything else...
