Nice where did you get him?

I got him as eggs from Tyrone Genade, but he doesn't keep this species anymore. He now has another species that nearly looks like this gardneri namely Fundulopanchax nigerianus 'Akampka'

Some killifish I found from a local petshop. The guy at the shop could not give me a name. :(
So I labeled it Fundulopanchax gardneri gardneri 'Aquarium Strain'
Looks alot like a 'Lafia'

Up until very recently i had a whole tank of spare nigerianus Akamkkpa but they died (very suddenely). I do still have spawning adults. So eggs are available (if the fish keep spawning).

These guys are quite easy as far as killies go. They also make good community tank fish. They eat anything! And they rarely hide.

How can I get some?

Alas I just lost a tank full of young adults else I would offer you some fish. Normally I would offer eggs but I'm having a spot of bother with them right now. Both spawning groups have stopped laying in any significant quantities---I guess they decided they needed a break.

Email me and we can make some arrangements. I have other species.

hi Tyrone

Do you perhaps have any Nothobranchius that might be laying eggs in the not to distant future?

My laboratory strain of N. guentheri are spawning like rabbits. See: http://www.tropicalaquarium.co.za/showthread.php?t=389&highlight=killifish

Also, have Notho. korthausae spawning but there is a long waiting list for them...

Hey!

Wow! Those Nothobranchius rachovii 'Beira 98' are stunning! I really wish i could get hold of some of them! I think they are one of the nicest fish I've seen? The Aphyosemion striatum 'Cap Esterias' are not bad either!! Stunning! Truly stunning!

Cheers!
Big G!
