Leisure time activities - what is your hobby?

I used to be into the restoration of old vintage and classical cars.... (I don't have the energy - and patience anymore to do it though)
What do you do in your leisure time to keep busy (apart from keeping or breeding fish) Is there some interresting things you are collecting (my wife collects teaspoons from all over the world) or maybe doing carpentry, crochetting, knitting.... Tell us about it and photos where possible.

What my father does is he collects nice alcoholic beverages from all over the world, nice stuff the is a collectors item as such, as for me I like collecting energy drinks from all over the world.

My dad used to collect stamps. I really want to get into it. I play lots of computer as a hobby.

now that its spring again i get to spend much needed tlc on my dwindling bonsai collection . Need to make time this weekend to mix new soil and repot viable specimens and chuck out what died this winter

Anything to do with Biking.
This entails spening time with mates in the biker fraternity, cleaning my bike, going for a cruise up the coast, going to the races, etc, etc.
