Can we make this info public! As I have also seen a need for one in the west of JHB and have been asked to get one started here...

Hi Guys,

I do a fair amount of travelling within SA as a result of my research and then may get to your neck of the woods. I can always come and give a society a lecture on some or other topic, if you would like.

Kind regards,

Dirk

Hi 10i,

I may head in the direction of the Eastern Cape in January or February of next year, if I get there before, I will let you know.

Lizid, I get to JNB or PTA far more often and giving a lecture there should not be a problem within the next two or three months, once again I will keep you informed of my movements.

Kind regards,

Dirk

I am continuing to advertise in the Think Local booklet (released once a week) and have registered an email address for correspondence. So far I have 2 people who are interested in attending meetings. They want there to be more people before the meetings actually start ;) , I have also asked to be listed in one of the local aquarium magazine's classifieds section.

So far it's not as easy to promote as I had hoped for, will see how it works out.

Well, If you intend to include PE, I'd definitely be interested.

i want to do this as well, as long as people do not phone me in the middle of the night for advice, lol.

Would love to do this - and there are so many LPS around us to go look at - (although wifey might not be too happy to have a bunch of strangers in our house :blink1:)

Any news of how this club is doing? Where do you guys meet and how often? It might be worth making a trip to J-Bay one Saturday morning to visit the club. Thanks

The club is not going at the moment, the 2 people besides me that were interested are only interested if we are more than 2 people.

I also got very busy and don't have time to canvas all around town. Running your own business and working an extra job keeps me quite busy.
