Hi All

I need to replace my aging heater in my 100L so here is my dilemma. I can get a brand new 'old school' Jager 300w (before Eheim I think) for R200. I know this is way overkill for a measely 100L, but its a good heater for little cash. Do you foresee any problems or will the 300w just have less work to do?
Lastly, it doesn't have an electronic thermostat, is this good or bad?

This sounds dodgy

Rather shop around a little and look for a newer one. Zooms right, dodgy.

I have around 18 Via Aqua 50watt and 100watt heaters that I'm going to be selling off. THey are only a couple of months (and in some cases weeks) old, and have been looked after and not bashed around.

If you want any of them, you can PM me?

Regards
G!

while this Discussion is still fresh, I have a question...

Where can I get this stubby heater from? They are less than 15cm

I have seen short heaters like that once - and it was about a year back. They were something like 15 or 20W.

PM me the Details. 20w is perfect for a 10L. Got some plans going so I need something stubby.
