View Full Version : supposed upside down fish
i need help to identify these guys. Tried getting good pic but they very shy of movement and dart off into hiding too fast to get good pic. Was sold as upside down cats. But they don't even attempt the feat of swimming upside down. They do have sharp spikes formed by the leading spine of their dorsal and pectoral fins. Definately nocturnal and huge appetites and growth rate. They about 5cm long now. Can you guys help.?

They are Synodontis sp. Not sure but it looks like a Synodontis eupterus to me.
