Hi everyone! I'm new to this forum and love it from what I've seen so far! :bigsmile:

I've been a fishkeeper for a couple of years now, with a years break in between. I currently have 10 fish tanks at the moment and keep Angels, Discus, guoramis, guppies etc etc etc. My daughter always says to me 'Mommy, I think you have issues with Angelfish'! I actually think she may be right :blink1: I LOVE Angelfish and struggle to not buy a real beauty when I see one - the consequence is very heavy on the pocket :p

Thank you one and all for the kind welcome! I'm feelin' right at home already! :) Everyone here seems so helpful and friendly - I'm so pleased to have come across TASA and have already spread the word to friends and family :)

I'll post some pics as soon as possible.......

Hi Gert

Thanks for the welcome! An Angelfish breeder - I had better stay away! :) I currently have 21 Angels and another 12 coming on Saturday. That's at home. At work I have a further 7! My one pair is currently spawning so I may call on your help/advice if that's okay? :)

:p I guess I won't be staying away then! :bigsmile: Gert should put a DANGER ZONE sign up for me!!:p I guess I'll meet you on Saturday then Gert! The angels I saw at Dale's place on Saturday are stunning and I'm really looking forward to adding them to my growing collection, and of course to meeting you.

Those angels at Dales really where something else! I never really liked angels that much, but after seeing that half black laced angel! wow! Makes me wanna set up a couple of new tanks! Although the missus may decaffinate me if I do!

Hey Big G! It was great meeting you on Saturday as well, I'm sure we'll meet again :bigsmile: ! Dale's Angels are really stunning! I tell you, once you start with Angels they seem to multiply overnight (that's my story and I'm sticking to it! :) ) Before you know it, you've got LOADS of them (innocent me, I have NO IDEA where they come from). *wink* *wink*

I actually want to get at least 5 more black laced angels but can't seem to find them anywhere. This one on his/her own really isn't what I want

My half-black angels do look pretty nice now that they are growing up...I'm hoping to get a pair out of them. Speaking of which, Rowland...do you still have your angel pair? Have you managed to raise the fry of the last spawn?

Sounds like an idea - that way we can get input from everyone on running it more efficiently.

I'll start with the photos and between Gavin (Zafgak) and myself, we'll update it.....:blink1:
