hi

I have now started planting my tank and bought some "kyoto" grass from LFS.
When planting I noticed how much it looks like mondo grass, which of course it turns out to be.

have looked about on the net and as per usual only found contradicting info, some say it will die, some say no.

Anyone with experience on this matter??????

It will die as it is a garden plant....

I've had this plant, see pics of my planted aquarium, about a year ago, and mine slowly withered away and died. This happened despite having a flourite sand bed and supplementing with Seachem's plant additives. This happened to all the plants that were planted into the gravel after being removed from the pots. I managed to save a few plants and just let them float in the tank and amazingly they did excellent, infact they proved to be quite hardy! I dont have experience with keeping them planted in their pots that they come with but that might be an option if want you to plant them into the gravel... good luck!

Gooi weg Cobus, will definitely die eventually. Meant for outdoors

I get so annoyed at LFS selling non-aquatic greenery
