One thing I have always wanted to do is have breed...
I'm sure it will happen some day, buddy. Hang in there :blink1:
Lol ok I really need to make sure when I type Thanks Gaawie...
@MC1 - Bud the tank is a 40L tank 45 x 30 x 30... I got it from a guy who breeds for a living and mainly Apistos, The substrate is black gravel and there are plenty of plants, the Rocks and drift wood is used to make caves as they hide - A LOT.
I was watching my female last night, she has started digging and I believe thats all part of the prep...
Oh and did I mention Speedy the apple Snail for keeping the tank nice and Clean.
Speedy might also keep the tank clean off eggs, so check that evil snail :)
I will have to look into that VIS I hope not????
So would a 50litre be ok for them to breed in and to have the fry in or would a 100litre be better..??
50L should be cool bud 100L would be better, but I guess it all depends on how big you want to take it.
I dint know really this my first breeding atempt so I am as new to this ad you are.
Let's see and learn together I will try and find out some more info for you anything else you would like to know?
