Will this stand work ?

I have a 1200 x 450 x 540 tank and was wondering if this frame would work?

Its made out of 25mm st.

if its made out of steel sqaure tubing 25mm i will probablyuse 40mm tubing, if u weld it properly it will be more than strong enough
