Many of us use elastic rubbers to secure plants / moss to driftwood and the like. This krib was rescued in the end - but do remove the rubber before your fish try to eat it.

Well I should have taken a picture when my cylindricus passed a rubber band and had some of the other fish chasing it down to chow the band
Boing Boing Boinggggggggggggggggg
I use normal thin fishing line to tie moss to rocks. my fish don't even notice it and it looks way beter than rubber bands. guys should try it
