Swim Bladder Infection

Hi guys didnt think ill post this today but i think i must .
My silver dollar has swim bladder infection .
His 2 years old and i really dont wanna loose him now cause his so big already he got the infection on Thursday thought he would have been dead already but his fighting on strong and his still alive. I cant get him to eat peas i got some medicine from a store maya something cant remember the name off hand cause im at work now. Is there anything anything anything i can do to help him ?

O ja and another thing how will i now when the infection is getting better will he start tilting back or what ?

I have had this problem as well before but unfortunately I lost the Silver dollar after a week of him fighting.
I did once save my other Silver dollar by do a 50% water change with cooler water but I can't say for sure it was swimmers bladder then.
Sorry I can't help here I really hope your fish comes right.
