Slate

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can get old slate from? And is there anything that I need to consider before putting it my tank?

I want to stack them up, maybe with some driftwood, to make a centrepiece and create some cave structures.

Any place that sells or makes slate tiles should have a bunch of broken pieces. Just wash it.

Just a note on the slate... I used to have it in my cichlid tank and they "cut" themselves on the sharp edges. My fav female has a scar over her nose. It took about 3 weeks to heal, and I am lucky it did not get infected.
