Greedy or sick?

My black widow tetras are quite fat. It could be that they are just really greedy or could it be some diseas? They've been like this for a while, and one has died (I thought it could be just old age). They dont show any other signs of illness, they display their colours nicely but they cant swim properly because of their stomachs. None of the other fish in the tank have it, should I be worried?

Mine are also like that, My biggest is about 5cm head to tail.
