Okay. . I found a dragonfly larvae in my tank. Read they can eat small fish. So i caught it with my planting tongs . Dunno if there are more. . Who can shed light on the matter? Also, found some cyclops in my desk planted tank. Should i somehow get rid of them?
Cyclops are ok... The fish will eat those. The Dragon Fly Larvae on the other hand... Scour your tank and get rid of them as soon as you can!! They will harm your fish! Nasty looking things too!!

Agree with Slagter, I dont even give the Dragon Fly Larvae to my Jaguar Cichlids who will eat anything and everything.
I loss almost two entire gold fish spawns to these menace nymphs, could not figure out the losses until I spotted these guys. There was a bunch of them.
The odds are quit good there will be more.
How did they get in your tank?
Have you a wide sliding door/window ?
Did you buy some new plants lately?

Wide sliding door open most days and some nights behind expanding gate. Fish pond just outside door, have a small opening between sliders and hob. I am yet to find more. They are bloody hard to spot. Found one in some vallis, the other between hornwort needles
Ugly buggers only a mother can love.
Yes they are a pain to find – the good news is the bigger they grow the easier it is to find them.
Tip : look out for their molted shell
What I found was that the eggs are only laid in water with ample food (fry) not where the nymph can get eaten by bigger fish
Good luck
